<p><a href="http://www.highlyrelevant.com">Highly Relevant</a> is officially open for business! It&#8217;s been a few months in the making, but my team and I have made a lot of progress in the short weeks of working together in Los Angeles. We see firsthand the slashing of budgets and brands by marketers looking for ways to weather the storm. As many in the industry know, when brands tighten their belts, Hispanic budgets are usually the first to go.
